In short

Go to Grow › Analytics and choose a period to see conversations, money paid in the chat, how much your agent handled and where chats came from. For campaigns, go to Grow › Campaigns to see what was sent, delivered, read and replied to.

Where it isGrowAnalytics

Analytics shows how many people wrote to you, what they bought and how much your agent took care of. Campaign numbers live on the Campaigns screen.

Choose what you’re looking at

  1. Go to Grow › Analytics and choose the period: this week, this month, this quarter or dates you pick. The line under the title names it, such as “October 2026 · so far”.
  2. Use the channel switch at the top of the dashboard to see Instagram, WhatsApp or both. Every number follows it.
  3. Press Refresh to count again.

Each number with an arrow is compared with the same stretch of the period before — for this month so far, the same days of last month. “No prior period” means there was nothing to compare with.

The top row

  • Conversations — chats whose latest message falls in this period.
  • Revenue paid in chat — money customers paid for orders that started in a chat, minus refunds. Cancelled orders don’t count.
  • Handled by the agent — the share of those chats your agent answered with no person stepping in.
  • Open right now — chats still open when the numbers were counted. It has no arrow because it’s a snapshot.
  • Active contacts — the number of different people in those chats.

Reply times

First reply times shows how long people waited for a first reply in this period: the typical wait (Median) and the slowest one in ten (90th percentile), for your agent and for your team separately. Waits for your approval or for a teammate to pick up a chat are included. Campaigns don’t count.

What customers said

  • Latest customer sentiment — how many conversations read as positive, neutral or negative.
  • Recorded objections — doubts that came up, such as price, cash on delivery, delivery, sizing or trust. Each is a best guess from the conversation, not proof of why someone didn’t buy.
  • What they asked — what people wanted when they first wrote, as a share of conversations.

Where chats came from

Where they came from counts conversations, and the money they brought in, by how they started: Comment on a post, Story reply, Tapped through from a post, Click-to-message ad, Campaign we sent or Source not supplied. Each chat keeps where it started all the way to the order. With both channels showing, switch to By channel to compare them, including how many people have agreed to offers (Opt-ins).

What sold and what happened

  • What sold — the period’s orders and money, split by where the sale came from: your agent’s chats, Broadcasts (your campaigns), Flows, and orders Recorded by your team. Broadcasts counts orders from customers who used a campaign’s offer or came through its link.
  • Outcomes — the latest orders and hand-offs, newest first, marked Paid, Awaiting payment, COD confirmed, With the team or Cancelled. Press the arrow on a row to open it.
  • The agent — Handled by the agent, Resolved without a handoff and Resolved after a handoff, as shares of all conversations.

Campaign numbers

  1. Go to Grow › Campaigns. The strip at the top shows Sent, Delivered, Read and Replies across your campaigns. Switch between All time, 7 days, 30 days and 90 days.
  2. Open a campaign to see its own numbers and who was held back before sending, with the reason.
  3. Open the Delivery tab for every message, one row per person: Submitted, Delivered, Read, Replied, Failed or Skipped. Filter by campaign or by Last 24 hours, Last 7 days or Last 30 days, search by phone digits, or press Export CSV.

If something’s not right

  • “Nothing to count yet” means no conversation reached this workspace in the period. Press Check connections to make sure Instagram and WhatsApp are connected.
  • “Not available right now” on a number, or a card that says reporting is unavailable, means that part couldn’t be counted this time. Press Refresh.
