These terms are the agreement between you and InsideDM Technologies Private Limited for use of InsideDM. They cover what you can do with the product, what we owe you, how billing works, and what happens if either of us wants to stop.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and governs everything about personal data. Where the two disagree on a data question, the Privacy Policy wins.
“We” and “InsideDM” mean InsideDM Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN U62099TS2026PTC221059) with its registered office in Hyderabad, Telangana. “You” means the business that opened the account, and everyone you give access to it. By creating an account or using InsideDM, you accept these terms on behalf of that business and confirm you are authorised to do so.
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. InsideDM is a tool for businesses; it is not for personal use.
If you use InsideDM on behalf of someone else’s business — as an agency, for example — you are responsible for that client’s compliance with these terms as if it were your own, and you confirm you have their authority to connect their accounts.
You are responsible for having the right to give us what you give us — including the consent to message the people you message. We give you the machinery to record and enforce consent, but we are not the party who obtained it.
You can export your data while your account is open. After termination, see section 10 — and note that once deletion runs, it cannot be undone.
The most common way a business gets hurt on a platform like this is a WhatsApp ban for messaging people who didn't ask. This section exists to prevent that, and we enforce it.
InsideDM runs on Meta’s platforms, so your use of it is also governed by the Meta Platform Terms, the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. Those are agreements between you and Meta. Breaching them breaches these terms too.
Don’t use InsideDM for anything illegal, or for goods and services Meta’s Commerce and Messaging Policies prohibit — including drugs, weapons, live animals, tobacco, adult products, gambling, and unlicensed financial or medical products. Don’t send anything deceptive, harassing, hateful, or designed to defraud. Don’t impersonate anyone.
We would rather fix a problem than end an account. Where we can, we’ll tell you what’s wrong and give you a chance to correct it. Where the risk is immediate — an active attack, a live legal exposure, conduct that threatens your or another customer’s channel access — we may suspend first and explain immediately after. Serious or repeated violations end the account. We do not act on an automated signal alone: a human reviews the evidence before an account is suspended or terminated.
If you see someone misusing InsideDM, tell us at support@insidedm.in.
InsideDM writes replies using AI. You configure it — the knowledge, the tone, the rules, what it may and may not do — and you are responsible for what it sends on your behalf, exactly as you would be for a member of staff. Review your configuration before you turn it on, and check its work.
These are in addition to the acceptable-use rules in section 4, not instead of them. Don’t use the AI features to:
How AI handles your data — including our no-training commitment — is in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
InsideDM works by connecting to services you already use — Instagram, WhatsApp, Shopify, your payment provider. Those are your relationships, governed by your agreements with them. We can only do what their APIs allow, and when they change, break or restrict something, our features change with them. We’ll tell you when that affects you, but we can’t promise a third party’s behaviour.
Payments are processed by your chosen provider under their terms. We don’t hold card details and are not a party to the payment. Any dispute about a payment is between you, your customer, and the provider.
If we change our prices, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to your account, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
To ask for a refund, write to support@insidedm.in with the invoice or the charge date. We answer within 7 days, and if we say no we tell you why.
We work to keep InsideDM available and fast, and we do maintenance in low-traffic windows where we can. We don’t currently publish a contractual uptime guarantee, and we’d rather say that plainly than offer a number we haven’t built the measurement and credits to stand behind. Parts of the service depend on Meta, your store and your payment provider, and when they are down, the features that rely on them are down.
Support is by email at support@insidedm.in during Indian business hours. We aim to respond within one business day.
InsideDM — the software, the interface, the brand and everything we’ve built — stays ours. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active and you’re paid up. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the product without owing you anything for it. That’s not a claim on your data — just on the suggestion.
You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may end or suspend an account for material breach of these terms, sustained non-payment, or where we’re required to by Meta or by law — with notice and a chance to fix it wherever the situation allows.
If your account sits completely unused for 18 months — no sign-in, no conversation, no payment, nothing scheduled — we may close it. We’ll email you first and give you at least 30 days to tell us you want to keep it.
We provide InsideDM with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, it is provided as it is: we don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the AI will always be right.
Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
That cap does not apply to our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or to anything else the law does not permit us to limit. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer or data protection law that cannot be contracted out of.
You’ll cover us against claims arising from your breach of section 4, from messages you sent without the consent you were required to have, and from content you put into the product that you didn’t have the right to use.
We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the dashboard before they take effect, and you can close your account if you don’t accept them. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Before either of us goes to court, we should try to sort it out — write to support@insidedm.in and we’ll engage properly with the problem.
