Is it cheaper to pay ahead?
Yes. Pay every quarter and each plan is 15% less a month; pay once a year and it is 30% less — Growth is ₹2,099 a month, billed ₹25,188 a year, instead of ₹2,999. Your chats and agent budget still reset every month either way.
What counts as a chat?
Each chat with a customer counts once a month, however many messages it runs to. Going past your plan's number never stops your agents and never adds to your bill.
How many agents can I switch on?
1 agent at once on Free, 2 agents at once on Starter, 4 agents at once on Growth and every agent on Scale. Which ones is your call — swap them from your dashboard whenever your season or stock changes.
Can I change plan any time?
Yes — from Billing, in one step, with nobody to ask. Move up and it switches once your payment goes through; you pay only for the days left. Move down and it switches straight away, with the unused days refunded to the card or UPI you paid with. Change only how often you pay and it starts at your next renewal. Moving to Free waits for the period you paid for to end. Your chats, customers, products and orders stay.
How do I pay?
By UPI Autopay or card, approved once through Razorpay, every month, quarter or year — your choice. Your bank tells you before each charge, and a renewal above ₹15,000 also waits for you to approve it with your bank (RBI's rule). Prices exclude GST; your invoice adds GST at 18%.
Do I pay you for WhatsApp messages?
No. Meta bills WhatsApp messages to your own WhatsApp Business account, at its own rates. That money never passes through us and never comes out of your balance.
