How customers pay you in the chat

When a customer is ready to buy, InsideDM turns the conversation into a paid order — without sending them off to a website or a clunky form.

How it works

1. The customer picks what they want, and InsideDM confirms the details (size, quantity, address) right in the chat.
2. It sends a secure payment link for the exact amount.
3. The customer pays in a tap — UPI, cards or wallets.
4. The moment the payment clears, the order is confirmed and matched to that customer automatically.

Card details are never typed into the chat. Payment always happens on a secure page from a trusted gateway like Razorpay.

Cash on delivery

Prefer COD? InsideDM can confirm the order with the customer before you ship, so you cut down on returned parcels and wasted deliveries.

Where the money goes

Payments settle directly through your own payment gateway account — InsideDM never holds your money. You connect your gateway once during setup.
