In short

Open Sell › Catalog and choose how your products come in — Add manually, Connect Shopify, Import a sheet or Extract from website. Your agents answer price and stock questions from what’s in your catalog.

Where it isSellCatalog

Your agents quote prices and stock from your catalog, so a question like this gets a real answer:

Choose how your products come in

Go to Sell › Catalog. While your catalog is empty you see four choices:

  • Add manually — the fastest way to add a few products.
  • Connect Shopify — your products, prices and stock stay in step with your store.
  • Import a sheet — keep your products in a Google Sheet, and your catalog stays up to date with it.
  • Extract from website — we read your site and bring in the products we find.

You can mix them. Once you have products, Add products (top right) adds one by hand, and the others wait under Sources, marked Not set up.

Add a product by hand

  1. Press Add manually (or Add products).
  2. Fill in Name — for example “Buds Pro — Black” — and Price, like 2499. Currency is INR unless you change it.
  3. Set Availability to In stock, Out of stock or Unknown.
  4. In How many do you have?, type a number, or leave it blank if you don’t count. When it runs low, your agents say “Only 3 left”, and they stop offering it at 0.
  5. Add a SKU, Image link and Description if you have them. Photos let your agent send the product as a card.
  6. Press Add product.

Products you add by hand always stay in your catalog, even after you connect Shopify or a sheet.

Connect Shopify

  1. Press Connect Shopify.
  2. In Your Shopify store, type your store’s address that ends in .myshopify.com — your own domain won’t work here.
  3. Press Connect Shopify, approve the connection on Shopify, and you come straight back to your catalog.

Your products, prices and stock start coming in. Your agents only read from Shopify — they never change a price or your stock.

Import a sheet

  1. Press Import a sheet. Download the column template shows the columns your sheet needs.
  2. Sign in to Google and pick the sheet with your products.
  3. Check the preview, then confirm the import.

From then on, your catalog keeps up with the sheet on its own — change a price or stock count there and your agents use the new one. Prices are in INR; a blank stock cell means you don’t count stock.

Read your website

  1. Press Extract from website. Your website is filled in from your profile — change it if you need to.
  2. Press Read my site. We read up to 100 pages, starting from your homepage.
  3. When it says “Done”, the products we found are in your catalog. Your agents also answer from your pages.

Fix a price or stock level

Press any product to open it. A price you change there wins over Shopify, your sheet or your website, and stays through the next sync. The product is marked Edited — Reset to source undoes it.

If the same product comes from two sources, your agents use Shopify first, then your sheet, then products added by hand, then your website. Untick a source under Sources to stop using its products.

If something’s not right

  • “Enter your store address, like yourstore.myshopify.com.” — use the .myshopify.com address, not your own domain.
  • “Shopify isn’t syncing” — your catalog keeps showing the last prices and stock it had, which may be out of date. Check the Shopify tile in Set up › Connections.
  • “Fix … row errors and upload the file again. Nothing has been imported.” — the preview lists each row to fix.
  • “Already in your catalog as …” — a product with that SKU or link already exists. Edit that one instead.
  • “We couldn’t read your site” — check the address and press Try again.
