One queue for both channels. One tap in, one tap out.
Instagram and WhatsApp land in the same list, newest first. Take over with one tap, hand it back with one — the customer never sees the handover.
One handover, start to finish
Five of six moves happen on your side. The customer sees one.
Scroll, or tap a move. The customer’s WhatsApp on the left, your inbox on the right.

One tap in, one tap out
Take over anytime
One tap and the AI is out of the chat — from that moment it doesn’t answer another message here. One tap and it’s back, having read everything you wrote.
One card, one next step each
Waiting on you
Held replies, public comments and handoffs land in one card, each with its next step on the row. Approve & send, or dismiss. Nothing goes out until someone acts, and nothing expires.
Order #1042 left Pune this morning and arrives Thursday. I’ll message you the moment it’s out for delivery.
Approving sends this exact text to the customer now. Edits send as your version.
Roles, checked on the server
Who can do what
Admin, Manager and Viewer, plus any role you create — a Support lead who runs the inbox and never sees billing. Every action is checked again on the server, and a role change takes effect on the next request.
You can only grant permissions your own role holds.
Setup
Both channels connected, and a link for each teammate.
Connect Instagram and WhatsApp, then invite your team by link — each with the role they need. They open it, they’re in the queue.
Send it however you normally reach them. The link expires in 14 days.
