In short
There are four plans — Free (₹0), Starter (₹999 a month), Growth (₹2,999) and Scale (₹9,999), all before 18% GST. They differ in how many agents you can switch on, team seats, conversations and agent usage each month, and you pay 15% less a month billed quarterly or 30% less billed annually.

Prices are before GST. Free needs no card and doesn’t renew. Growth carries the Recommended tag.
What each part means
- Agents on at once. A plan gives you slots, not a fixed set of agents. You choose which of the five fill them — Sales & Commerce, Support & Resolution, Feedback & Reputation, Booking & Events, Calls — and swap them any time in AI Studio › Agents. When every slot is full, switch one off before you switch another on.
- Team seats. Each teammate with their own login takes a seat. An unaccepted invitation holds one until it’s accepted or expires.
- Conversations. Each chat with a customer counts once a month, however many messages it runs to. It’s an allowance, not a limit: chats past it keep running and nothing is added to your bill.
- Agent usage included. Your plan pays for your agents’ work up to this amount each month (the screen calls it AI included). Past it, your prepaid wallet pays, at exactly what it costs insideDM. See your wallet and what uses it.
Pay monthly, quarterly or annually
Paying for longer costs less a month: 15% less quarterly, 30% less annually. What the plan includes doesn’t change — conversations and agent usage still reset every month.

Free is monthly only. Quarterly and annual plans are charged up front for the whole period.
GST and how you pay
- GST at 18% is added to every price. Starter billed monthly is ₹999 + ₹179.82 GST = ₹1,178.82.
- You pay by UPI Autopay or card, approved once through Razorpay. The plan then renews on its own, and your bank tells you before each renewal is charged.
- Renewals over ₹15,000 — such as Growth billed annually — need your bank’s approval each time before they’re charged. That’s an RBI rule.
- For GST invoices, add your GSTIN. In Billing & usage › Overview, choose Add GSTIN, then Save and start invoicing. insideDM can’t issue your invoices without it, and it can’t be changed once it’s on an invoice.
See your plan
Go to Set up › Billing & usage › Plans. The Agents on strip shows how many slots you’re using, the Pay switch shows every plan Monthly, Quarterly or Annually, and your current plan is marked Your plan. To change it, see change or cancel your plan.
